Refund policy

Pre-orders. Every product in this store is a pre-order. You pay at checkout, and we ship in the order pre-orders were placed, on or before the ship date shown when you ordered.

Cancel anytime before it ships. Reply to your order confirmation email and we'll cancel your order and refund you in full, to your original payment method, within 7 business days.

If we're late. If we can't ship by the date shown when you ordered, we'll email you before that date with a new date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

After it arrives. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
